Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual strategy meeting process by preparing client data in eMoney, identifying planning opportunities, and briefing the primary advisor with relevant insights to ensure a smooth, client-centered experience
- Serve as the main point of contact and hold annual strategy meetings for specific clients.
- Assist in follow-up activities post-review, ensuring all checklist items are completed with care and attention to detail.
- Respond to client planning requests as they arise, coordinating with the primary advisor to deliver timely, thoughtful guidance
- Participate in our Investment Management Committee, contributing observations and feedback to help shape investment decisions in alignment with client goals
- Help gather and organize talking points for market outlook discussions, supporting advisor communications with clarity and relevance.
- Serve as a backup for trade execution tasks—including rebalancing and cash requests—ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 required
- Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities, balanced with emotional intelligence to apply behavioral principles effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, client-responsive setting
- Genuine enthusiasm for people, paired with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to excellence in both work quality and efficiency
- Proficiency in organization, research, writing, and quantitative analysis
- Team player who thrives in collaboration yet excels independently
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and tech-savviness; familiarity with cloud-based CRM systems is a bonus
