 Job Description

Lee & Associates is seeking a Property Administrator to join our office in Plymouth Meeting PA to provide full administrative support to the Property Management team. To be successful, candidates should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, be technology savvy, detail oriented and able to work and thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide full support to Property Management team including phone support, clerical and administrative tasks
  • Assist in lease administration activities, including tenant contacts and insurance information, maintaining lease information and contracts
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals, service contracts, and approved invoices
  • Communicate with tenants and clients and build and foster positive relationships
  • Provide timely response and resolution to tenant requests or concerns
  • Process tenant invoices through accounting
  • Maintain lease and contract files and property maintenance work order system
  • Ensure and maintain completion of contracts and certificates of insurance and renewals
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events as requested
  • Maintain office supplies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred;
  • 3 years experience in client relations/customer service and administrative office experience is required
  • Experience in real estate is a plus
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) is required; knowledge of property management software is a plus
  • Ability to multi task projects with accuracy and prioritization work successfully to a deadline, and effectively manage time and workload
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to work well with others as well as independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
  • Excellent typing, spelling and grammatical skills with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work
  • Good analytical and basic mathematical skills
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
