Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-learning and Development Manager to join our team to oversee and manage TGG U course offerings.  This position offers a Remote Working Opportunity from anywhere in the U.S.  

Responsibilities

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to help develop and implement our vision for TGG University
  • Build and Manage team of instructors, content creators, outside vendors and related staff
  • Consult with key business leaders and subject matter experts (SME's) 
  • Responsible for the design, development and implementation of virtual instructor-led and e-learning accounting courses which are instructionally sound, creative and high quality learning solutions
  • Analyze course performance, including target audience, learner needs, engagement, etc
  • Apply adult learning principles to learning solutions projects
  • Manage TGG U Learning Community 
  • Handle marketing and strategy for online courses
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and other stakeholders

Qualifications 

  • 2 + years’ experience in SAAS based learning and development training programs including LMS, e-learning and adult learning
  • 4 year degree in Business or related
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Possess positive customer service attitude in all interactions 
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Have reliable Internet and able to work all U.S. time zones as needed
