Job Description

We are seeking experienced Financial Sales Executives to join our team to sell Outsourced Accounting and Business Advisory Services to small and mid-size business clients across the country.  This position offers a Remote Working Opportunity from anywhere in the U.S.  Successful candidates should enjoy selling and demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales by building new relationships through cold calling and following up on warm leads and maintaining current relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular phone calls and set appointments with leads, prospects and existing clients
  • Enjoy selling and demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales by maintaining current relationships and building new relationships through cold calling and following up on warm leads 
  • Understand the consultative approach to accounting services and articulate the TGG Way
  • Report weekly sales activity and meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by employee and management


  • 1 + years’ experience in financial sales and business development; knowledge in accounting services is a plus
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people and ability to develop positive rapport with clients
  • Possess positive customer service attitude in all interactions 
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
